Schedule of ID Card Preparation for Pending students and Lost/Correction ID Cards

URGENT NOTICE

In continuation of ID Cards Preparation Notice no. AS/96/836 dated: 19/10/2023 the schedule for the pending ID Cards is as under. The students are advised to report for their ID cards preparation as per the schedule given below: -

Schedule for ID Card Preparation

Venue: Computer Centre :– CC Lab-I

1	All pending ID Cards, Admissions Year 2023 (UG/PG Courses)	05/12/2023 to 08/12/2023	02:30 pm to 04:00 pm
2	All UG/PG Courses	08/12/2023 & Onwards every Friday	02:30 pm to 04:00 pm

The following staff members are deputed for the above mentioned task from 04/12/2023 to 08/12/2023 and on every Friday from 08/12/2023 onwards:-

1. Mrs. Sangeeta, DEO-(CC)

2. Mrs. Daviderjeet Kaur, Lab. Tech. (CC)

Note: -

1. All students are directed to bring their Aadhar Card copy at the time of ID Card preparation.

2. After 08/12/2023 onwards every student has to fill a New ID Card Form available at college website in the downloads section and a fee of ₹100/- will be charged. This fee is to be deposited to the college cashier in college accounts section.
