Following is the Schedule for filling and submission of (Regular and Reappear) Examination forms (UG & PG) for End Semester Examinations Nov-2024:

Important Instructions for Regular Students:

For Students with Paid College Fees (up to 27-10-2024)

1. Examination forms have been automatically filled.

2. View fee status in your login:

   - Control Panel → View Detail → "Semester Fee Received Status": Received

3. View Exam Form status in your login:

   - Control Panel → Exam Form Status

Note: It is the responsibility of each student to check examination form status well in time and in

case of any discrepancy, same must be brought in the notice of academics incharge /HOD immediately of concerned department and must get the issue resolved through proper channel. If complaint regarding discrepancy in examination form is received after due date, then fine will be charged as per college rules.

Special Cases: PMSS, J&K, and TFW Scholarship Schemes

Examination forms will be received by the Examination Branch after fee confirmation from the

Accounts Branch.

For Students with Pending College Fees (Non-Scholarship Cases)

1.Fill the regular examination form in their login as per the schedule below.

Regular and Reappear Candidates without fine: 28-10-2024 to 06-11-2024 (upto 3:00pm)

Examination fee details are as follows: -

Regular candidates: Already paid (included in the semester fee)

Reappear Examination fee  :Rs. 1200/- per semester (For UG&PG Admission Batch 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 & 2021)

Rs. 1800/- per semester (For UG & PG Admission Batch 2022, For UG batch 2023)

Rs. 2300/- per semester (For PG Admission Batch 2023 onwards)

Late fee (Regular and Reappear Candidates):

Rs.1000/- per Exam form:                  07-11-2024 to 11-11-2024 (Upto 2:00PM)

Rs.2000/- per Exam form:                  12-11-2024 to 18-11-2024

Rs.5000/ per exam form         :          19-11-2024 to 22-11-2024 with the permission of Principal                        

Correction fee (for already submitted Reappear examination form):

Rs.700/- (for correction in the subjects of already filled semester)

Rs.700 + Reappear examination form fee + late fee fine if applicable; (for adding subject of semester not filled earlier).

For unlocking of exam form contact the Exam co-ordinator of the department before the last date of exam form submission. No request will be accepted after the notified dates.

Late fee will apply as per above dates for correction as well.           

Note:

1.All candidates, except regular students who have already paid their college fees shall submit and lock their Examination form using their login credential at https://academics.gndec.ac.in/ through the tab "Exam Form Status".

2.Complaints regarding the form submission / locking received by the examination branch through department will be entertained only if received before last date, otherwise fine will be charged as per rule.

3.After successfully submission and locking of examination form, student can view received status of examination form in their login again through the tab "Exam Form Status". The exam form received status must be 'Yes' for all the courses.
